• FSJI-C Crusher (driven by diesel engine)

This is a combination of grinder and crusher. That is to say, small tree twigs and branches can be smashed into pieces and then ground further simultaneously. With the features of less floor space occupation yet high efficiency and stable performance, the machine can be moved flexibly.
The crusher can be used separately or alternatively put into use as a part of briquetting process.

Attention:
1. Turn on the moveable biomass crusher to ensure the direction of rotation is correct.
2. The knife-edge should protrude out of the cutterhead by 2-4mm when the cutters are installed and then the bolts tightened. The outreach of all the cutters shall remain the same length.
3. Once the pressure bolts are worn-out, they shall be replaced immediately to prevent from skidding.
4. Before putting in raw material, ensure no impurities fall down inside.

• FSJI-D Crusher  (driven by motor)

It is combined with functions of synchronized grinding and pulverizing. With the features of less floor space occupation, high efficiency and stable performance, the machine can be moved flexibly.
The wood raw material shall be small in diameter of less than 200mm.
And by adjusting the cutter position, powder of different size can be obtained.
The crushing machine can be used separately or alternatively put into use as a part of briquetting process.

Note: moisture content of raw material should remain about 40%.

Attention:
