2. The raw materials contain soil and sand, which wears the core components.

Screen the raw materials before loading to remove dirt and stones. Regularly check and replace or repair the vulnerable parts such as screw propeller to ensure the performance of the equipment.

3. The temperature is insufficient, and lignin is not completely melted.

Lignin in plant cell wall will soften and melt at high temperature and play the role of adhesive. If the preheating of the machine is insufficient or the feeding speed is too fast, the raw materials will be pushed before reaching the required temperature, resulting in loose and fragile finished products.

Solution:

Preheat for 20-30 minutes before starting the machine to ensure that the equipment reaches the working temperature. Feed slowly at the beginning, and then gradually accelerate after the discharge is smooth.
