1. Direct feeding of raw materials without impurity removal: Hard impurities such as stones, metal fragments and hard clods are mixed in the materials, which will directly and violently squeeze and scrape the molded sleeve and screw, resulting in irreversible scratches and deformation. This is the deadliest source of wear.

2. Improper water content control: The raw material is too wet and easy to slip and block in the die cavity, which leads to the soaring torque of the screw; If it is too dry, the material fluidity will be poor and the extrusion resistance will increase exponentially, both of which will make the core components scrapped in advance.

3. The crushing granularity is not up to standard: The material particles are too large to be uniformly stressed after entering the briquette machine cavity, which repeatedly impacts the die head and the screw end face, accelerating local fatigue and wear.

4. The feeding speed is too fast and uneven: A large number of materials are fed at one time, the briquette machine is overloaded in an instant, and the spindle and bearing continue to bear the impact load; After plugging, the feeding is continued, and the friction is sharply aggravated, ranging from boring the machine to stopping, to twisting off the screw.

5. Long-term uncleaning of the residual materials in the machine: The residual materials in the machine will not be emptied after the production, and the residue will carbonize and agglomerate at high temperature, and will become hard abrasive when it is started next time, which will continue to grind metal parts and block the molding channel.

6. Illegal start-stop operation: Forced start-up without cleaning during material jamming or direct stop with load will cause impact damage to core transmission components such as screws and gearboxes.

7. Inadequate lubrication and maintenance: Bearings, transmission chains and gear boxes are not lubricated or replaced for a long time, and the wear rate under dry friction is dozens of times that of normal lubrication; Oil loses its protective effect after mixing with dust impurities, but accelerates wear.

8. Instability of the equipment: The machine is not firmly fixed, the ground is uneven, it vibrates continuously during operation, bearings and transmission parts bear alternating impact force for a long time, and it is only a matter of time before bolts are loose and parts are fatigued and cracked.

9. Long-term uninterrupted continuous operation: In order to catch up with the output, the machine rotates continuously for more than ten hours, and the parts continue to be at high temperature, metal fatigue intensifies, the performance of lubricating oil drops sharply, and the wear rate increases exponentially.
