The temperature of briquette machine depends on the raw material. First of all, we should know that the purpose of heating the raw material is to soften the lignin and increase the viscosity for high pressure molding. If the temperature is too high, the raw material would be too soft, although the speed of making briquettes is fast, the briquette is not strong; if the temperature is too low, the viscosity of raw material is poor and the briquette is not strong, easy to form fault cracks.
 
Therefore, it is quite important to control the temperature in the appropriate range according to the requirements. It is also important to adjust the temperature of the briquette machine in the process of briquette making, so as to avoid the unqualified quality of the produced briquettes and affect the final carbonization.
