Why is the biomass briquette machine blocked?
In the process of using biomass briquette machine, sometimes the problem of blocking occurs, which seriously affects the production efficiency. The following summarizes the five common causes of blockage and the corresponding solutions to help users quickly check and deal with it.

1. The feeding speed is too fast
Too fast feeding will lead to a sudden increase in equipment load and cause blockage. The feed inlet should be reduced or closed immediately, or the feed quantity should be controlled by the feeder. The running current is generally controlled at about 85% of the rated current to avoid long-term overload and burning of the motor. 2. The humidity of raw materials is too high
The material is too wet, and the extruded blocks are loose and easy to accumulate, resulting in blockage. It is suggested to equip with drying equipment to control the moisture content of raw materials within a suitable range.
3. The volume of raw materials is too large
Fluffy bulk raw materials enter the pressing chamber, which is easy to block the equipment. Before pressing, it should be treated with a pulverizer to a suitable particle size, and screening equipment can be installed at the front end to ensure that the material entering the biomass briquette machine for sale is of a suitable size.
4. Material accumulation inside the equipment
If the surplus material is not cleaned up in time after production, it will harden for a long time and block the equipment when it is turned on next time. Stop the machine and remove the internal accumulated materials before production. Remember: after each production, you must empty the remaining materials.
5. The screen is damaged or the hammer is aging.
The closure and fracture of the screen and the wear and aging of the hammer will affect the discharge. The damaged parts should be inspected regularly and replaced in time.
Main points of daily maintenance
Check the equipment before starting, and prepare raw materials with appropriate volume and moisture.
During production, keep the feeding speed moderate to avoid overtime and overload operation.
After the production, the surplus materials shall be emptied in time, and the equipment shall be well maintained.
In case of failure, timely investigate the causes and deal with the symptoms.
In case of difficult problems, please contact the after-sales service personnel in time, and do not operate blindly, so as not to cause greater losses.
