The carbonization process requires strict control of temperature and time to ensure the charcoal’s combustion performance and environmental characteristics.
5. Cooling
The carbonized charcoal briquettes are still quite hot and need to be cooled. Cooling can be done naturally or using cooling equipment. Cooled charcoal briquettes are harder and less prone to breakage.
6. Packaging
The final step is to package the cooled charcoal briquettes. Depending on market demand, they can be packaged in cardboard boxes, woven bags, or plastic bags for easy storage and transportation.
