Heating temperature requirement of briquette machine

Most of the briquette machine has three heating coils. The power of each heating coil is 1.5kw. The main function of the heating coil is to carbonize the surface of the briquettes extruded and squeeze out lignin from the raw material, bond the raw material into a briquette of uniform density.


 

The heating coil on briquette machine is not only used for heating. It can make the temperature of the propeller rise in extrusion process to make the lignin inside the raw material adhesive after high temperature heating. If there is no heating coil, the briquettes produced would be loose and uneven in density, and in the process of burning, it would become broken charcoal.
