Daily power consumption calculation of briquette machine

Calculating the daily power consumption of briquette machine can make better control of the equipment. If the power consumption of briquette machine is too high, it will increase the use cost and make the profit smaller. Therefore, in order to control the power consumption of briquette machine, it is necessary to determine the power consumption of each part of the briquette  machine production line to avoid excessive power, resulting in the waste.

briquette machine and carbonizing furnace

The wood crusher, dryer, briquette machine and carbonizing furnace in briquette machine production line all have the motor, and the power consumption of the motor will be very large.

1. The wood crusher includes straw crusher and sawdust crusher. The power of straw crusher is about 18.5KW, while the power of sawdust crusher is about 7.5KW-18.5KW according to different equipment configurations.
2. The power of the dryer is 3KW, the power of the briquette machine is 11KW, and the power of the carbonizing furnace is 1.5KW.

To sum up, the total power of the whole set of briquette machine production line is about 26KW. However, the whole set of equipment needs to be started at different times in all the production processes, so that the daily power consumption is maintained between 180 and 200 degrees, and the cost will be reduced a lot.
