The calorific value of charcoal produced by briquette machine depends on its raw material

The calorific value of charcoal produced by the briquette machine is directly related to the carbonizing temperature and thermal insulation time. Under the condition of the same carbonizing temperature and heat preservation time, the calorific value of charcoal of different raw materials is different. Generally speaking, the higher the carbonizing temperature, the longer the heat preservation time and the higher the carbon content of charcoal produced. The calorific value of charcoal is higher as well.

The calorific value of charcoal is indicated by kilocalorie in specific conditions. When the carbonizing temperature is lower than 450℃, the calorific value of charcoal made of wood and leftover materials is usually between 6500 to 7000kcal, while the calorific value of charcoal made of straw and rice husk is generally around 6000kcals. When the carbonizing temperature is higher than 600℃, the calorific value can be improved by 500-1000kcals. Therefore, the higher the carbonizing temperature, the higher the carbon content of the charcoal we produced. However, the carbonizing temperature can not be too high. It need to be controlled in a certain limit to ensure the quality of charcoal.

The process for making charcoal mainly includes the four steps: crushing, drying, briquetting and carbonizing. The raw materials used for making charcoal can be branches, rice husk, sawdust, wood scraps and agricultural waste. There should be plenty of raw materials before purchasing the briquette machine.

Since establishment, we have made new innovations and breakthroughs in technology and application of briquette machine. The company has established a good reputation among a great number of partners with efficient management and after service. Our company is specialized in design and production of sawdust briquette machine with new operating mode and technical means.
