How to judge if the propeller of briquette machine is damaged?

Each part of briquette machine plays a key role in the production of making charcoal. If one part goes wrong, it would affect the whole briquette production line. So how to judge whether the propeller is damaged or not when using the briquette machine?

The propeller is one of the key components in the briquette machine and its operation principle is very simple. It is mainly used for processing of sawdust and other raw materials cooperating with the molding sleeve of briquette machine. While the punch part would wear when the propeller works for a long time. Thus, we need to replace the propeller timely, or the damaged propeller would affect the specification of finished product. Normally, the following two operating characteristics would appear when the propeller is damaged:
1. The briquette processed is not strong enough: There are usually cracks in the surface of briquettes by the damaged propeller of a briquette machine.
2. The specification of semi-finished briquette is significantly longer: if the punch of propeller is damaged, the length will be significantly shorter, so the processing with forming sleeve can not meet the required depth as well, then briquettes manufactured can not be processed by correct compression, which would make the specifications of semi-finished products longer.

Regular maintenance of briquette machine should be made to keep the briquette machine working in high efficiency. The following are some maintenance method of important parts in daily operation of briquette machine:
1. After a long-term working of briquette machine, the motor pulley must be checked, including whether oil is need to be added and whether there is dirt that need to be cleaned up. These can increase the service life of the briquette machine.
2. Sometimes, the belt would get loose after working for a long time, then the rotate speed of briquette machine would be reduced. As a result, the output is lower though working for long hours. Thus, the belt tightness should be checked timely.
3. Check whether the motor is working under large load. Long time on-load working would damage the motor, thus affecting the work efficiency of the briquette production line.
