How to maintain the motor of sawdust briquette machine?

The electrical energy of sawdust briquette machine is mainly improved by the motor. Thus, the motor is an important part of sawdust briquette machine. In order to avoid the occurrence of machine failure during the use of the sawdust briquette machine, the motor must be maintained frequently. So how should the motor of sawdust briquette machine be maintained?



1. The temperature of the motor during normal operation should not exceed the allowable limit, and the operating personnel of the machine should always monitor the temperature rise of each part.
2. Check whether the motor of sawdust briquette machine has load current, and when the motor fails, the stator current increases sharply, causing overheat of the motor. In large-scale production of briquette production line, the high power motor should be equipped with ammeter to monitor the motor load current. The load current of the motor shall not exceed the current value specified on the nameplate.
3. Pay attention to the smell, vibration and noise of the motor, and the winding will emit an insulating coke when the temperature is too high. Some failure of sawdust briquette machine, especially the mechanical failure, would produce vibration and noise, so when there is coke smell or abnormal vibration or scratches are found, especially large "buzzing" sound or other noise, you should cut off the power supply immediately and have a check.
4. Check the heating and oil leakage of the bearing of sawdust briquette machine, replace the lubricating oil regularly. When replacing the lubricating oil, the bearing and bearing cover should be cleaned with kerosene and then cleaned with gasoline.
