When should the propeller of briquette machine be repaired?

In the production process of mechanism charcoal, briquetting plays a vital role. While in the process of briquetting, due to the effect of high temperature and friction, the service life of the propeller is usually short. Propeller of good quality can be used for 7-10 days, while the poor one can be used only for 2 or 3 days. Therefore, the repair technology of propeller becomes the key factor for continuous production of mechanism charcoal as the propeller of briquette machine needs to be repaired once in a while. The propeller of briquette machine is an important part, which is also the easy wearing part. How to judge when the propeller is in need of repairing? In order to answer the question, we summed up the following points for users:
 
1, the discharging speed decreases significantly;
2, the briquette machine often get jammed, which will lead to abnormal operation although both the moisture content and temperature of raw materials reach the requirements;
3, briquettes can be formed, but not connected;
4, the discharging speed is fast, but the structure of briquettes is loose and the density is too low;
5, the front end part of the propeller wears less than 4mm;
6, the bore diameter of finished briquettes is less than 10mm;
7, screw of the propeller wears because of the falling of stones, iron nails and other foreign bodies or other reasons.

The propeller of briquette machine has to withstand high temperature and friction in the operation, so in the selection of welding electrode, we should choose the electrode with good quality, resistance to high temperature and wear-resistant, such as 707 special wear-resistant electrode, which is made of carbide alloy material, and can be used for a longer time after repairing when compared to other welding electrodes. In addition, when using the electrode for overlaying, the operator should overlay layer by layer according to the wear condition of the front end of the propeller. The welding slag must be removed after overlaying each layer. Welding thickness should be 1-2mm beyond the required thickness, and there should be no slag, air vent or other defects after welding.
