1. Check the raw materials to find out whether there are impurities or plastic in the raw materials, or whether there is glue in the recycled board, both of which would lead to the fracture of briquettes.
2. Check the wear condition of the propeller. When the propeller need to be repaired, it would also cause briquette fracture. We should be clear that propeller repair is not the problem of the biomass briquette machine. In fact, the propeller in all of the biomass briquette machine is required to be repaired to realize the normal production of biomass briquette machine. Besides, the propeller need to be repaired in different angels to find out the cause more easily.
3. Check the conical sleeve and the straight sleeve to find out whether the interface of the conical sleeve and the straight sleeve is uneven or not. The fracture phenomenon would appear when the interface is uneven.
4. The problem of material drying. It is recommended that the materials should be dried further.
5. Check the size of screw pitch. The pitch size is determined by your raw materials.

The analysis for the spark appears during the production of biomass briquette machine is as follows:
1.The feeding of raw materials into the biomass briquette machine is not timely. Once there is no material in the molding cylinder, the propeller will directly impact the molding cylinder and produces sparks, thus both the propeller and the molding cylinder would wear seriously, which is not conducive to the specifications of finished product produced by biomass briquette machine.
2. The propeller is installed too close to the edge of the forming cylinder. In that case, the processing propeller is vulnerable to be dislocate due to the impact of raw materials and further impact the edge of molding cylinder, which would produce sparks and also cause damage to the propeller and the molding cylinder and not conducive to the specifications of the finished product.
