Ball press machine for dry chemical powder/mineral powder
This type is characterized by super high pressure and adjustable rotating speeds of main motor and feeder. The machine can be put into practice with material like aluminum debris, magnesium granules, activated carbon, aluminum oxide, bauxite, caustic soda, graphite powder, clay, cryolite, fertilizer, plastic, limestone, pigment, urea, sylvite, concentrated titanium fines, vanadium-titanium powder, refining agent for steelmaking, silicomanganese, aluminum ash, dolomite, calcium carbide powder, sludge, fly ash, oxide skin, concentrated iron fines, manganese mineral powder, copper concentrate, magnesium powder, carbon dust, zinc ore powder, slag former, vanadine and other materials. In particular, lime powder has been extensively used.
The model for pressing dry chemical powder/mineral powder adopts prepressing screw and twin rollers. The main shaft, made from 40Cr and with corrosion-resistant alloy as surface, is pressed via a hydraulic system, featuring compact structure and favorable durability. The twin rollers will be driven by a reducer and rotate in opposite directions during which powdery material will flow into moulding space and coming out in pressed ball shape. When material is squeezed aligned with the closed point between two rollers, the pressing pressure hits the highest, and under the ultra high linear pressure, mealy material will transform into compacted shape.
